This is just to say Akismet is still putting perfectly good posts on ‘pending’ and passing obvious spam as OK.

Unfortunately, I need to keep it otherwise I’d be flooded with literally thousands of comment spams I’d have to delete manually.

Been there, done that, don’t want to do it again.

I have no idea what’s causing this weirdness so there isn’t much I can do much about it.

However, I’ve now started going through the spams by hand before I delete them so if your comment hasn’t appeared, or has two or more links, it’s been ‘pended’ by Akismet, or it’s in the spam box.

Either way, hopefully, I’ll catch it and pass it. So keep an eye out.

However, if your Reader’s Write doesn’t show up, please let me know.
