Loads continue to grow on pirate bay faster than they can compensate for the increased bandwidth demand is my guess, but the page is always very slow to load and often times out.

I wouldn't believe it's down unless i received repeated dns errors for days.

jon, i think it's misleading to show the banner for pirate bay. they are a bittorrent index site with their own tracker. they do not provide any films or software, etc.

i've read about this raid on other news sites and i don't recall pirate bay ever being mentioned as a customer of bahnhof, past or present. as i understand it, a customer (group/s) stored games, software and films on the isp server to be downloaded by their members. pirate bay does not do this.

please correct your story by removing the misleading pirate bay banner.

if its actual piracy they are trying to stop... fine... but if they are calling file sharring piracy, damn them...

and Pirate Bay is not a piracy site... just a simple bit torrent site.... and the MPAA can't touch them...

these raids are gonna get the MPAA in trouble.... XD
