p2pnet.net News:- Yahoo! Inc has bought Canada’s Ludicorp Research & Development. With the deal comes the Flickr photo-sharing web site.

Flickr will stay as it is for the time being, but, “Yahoo! Photos will get many features available on Flickr,” says CNN Money.

Ludicorp is a privately held company founded in 2002 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Financial details haven’t been released.
