Rebate $310.8 million, Bell, et al, ordered
p2pnet view P2P:- “Large” telephone companies have been ordered to rebate $310.8 million to urban home telephone customers, says the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
“Our decision to rebate consumers was contested all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada”, says CRTC chairman Konrad von Finckenstein.
The CRTC also approved a plan for “the deployment of broadband Internet service to 287 rural and remote communities”, it says.
Over the next four years, “broadband Internet service will be rolled out to communities where it is currently not available”, says the CRTC, continuing >>>
This service will be comparable to urban areas and fast enough to link residents to telehealth services and bring about business and educational opportunities. The large telephone companies will use funds that have accumulated in their deferral accounts to pay for these initiatives.
The companies will make investments totalling $421.9 million to expand their networks: Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications will connect 112 communities in Ontario and Quebec; Telus Communications Company will connect 159 communities in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec; and MTS Allstream Inc. will connect 16 communities in Manitoba.
The CRTC has ordered the companies to rebate the remaining funds to their existing customers in urban areas.
“The rebate must be credited within the next six months and will range from approximately $25 to $90 per subscriber”, it says.

No love for Saskatchewan, a province that truly needs it? Sigh.

Let’s get to the core of the facts: Canada is a Corporation, no if’s or but’s about it, just read the Constitution, it’s all business.
It answers to Bank of Canada who in turn answers to Bank of England, and all that hard earned money of yours goes there too via taxes, sales, trade, economy and rest of it. Check http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mh4fWI1WMS4 (4 parts) Notice the hidden investors, who are they?
The only real owners of land are Natives and farmers, while Corp. of Canada sure is stealing it all incrementally. These free individuals are the ones with guns as well and only ones who can stop Corp. of Canada from declaring martial law to imprison everyone.
Bell, Rogers and all major Telcos were paid for by you and me, our blood sweat and tears. Yet they declared war on us by copyrights, censorship, fees, taxes and many other deceptions. One of the most comprehensive individuals exposing their deception is Winston Shrout: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKnePfSPerE (6 parts)
Back in 1933, when Canada went off the gold standard Canada offered Canadians to get registered by a birth certificate. Whomever did gave up ALL their property, life and well being and their rights to Corporation of Canada, a de facto system.
In searching for truth i have (as any others have) come across documents that state each person’s birth certificate is worth millions. Today about 250 million. Do you get to see the dividends from that account?
Most likely not. Yet there is a Remedy (a solution) for each problem. Besides being God’s law lawyers would not be stupid enough not to put one in in case they ended up in such trouble. It’s called “Accepted for Value”. Any loan that you take out and any bill with a big 96 on it all by it’s self is an essential service and can be discharged to zero the account. If you pay your bills with your own money you are paying that bill twice.
I first learned of this when Revenue Canada tried to charge me over 10k for no good reason. A master accountant friend discharged the bill and charged them for his time and services to boot. Shut them right up for good. Later he discharged a loan on my house, then car, trucks, a large piece of land and rest of my bills. Rev. Can was never so happy.
Bell will take our money and build rural infrastructure with it, yet they must provide Remedy and therefore you can discharge all your bills from them. The only reason telcos put up a fight is to keep the population dumb. Therefore they hate sharing (p2p).
Learn your Natural Law and Common Law Rights and you will see the light.
SaskTel can be fixed by “claiming the right” to freedom of communication. But you must go back in history to learn those rights. Back to old England, Magna Carta, Roman and Greek law, Bible, original Israel and Canaan, Egypt, Sumeria, Hindu, I Ching and rest of ancient laws. It’s all there … written on papyrus and in stone yet.
Today’s laws are based on deception, they say what you must do yet hide the Remedy in plain sight. This is why you must go to ancient laws, to figure out or see the Remedy. Along the way I guarantee you will see just how far present system has hidden the truth and how fraudulent it is.
