		<description>Give the CRTC credit for setting an aggressive timeline.  3 months is extremely short-term for telcos and not an easy milestone to meet in project management - LNP took over a year to implement, for example - but at least this decision stresses the overall urgency and importance of a life-and-death service to Canadians.</description>
