Marinol (dronabinol) is soo much expensive that you could buy a oz and keep the rest of the $950 instead of paying about $1000. for a months supply. Do the math… Its not worth it. I would go to any street dealer before buying marinol.

We seem to forget that the US has had Marinol (dronabinol) capsules out on the market for a good while, with Schedule III status (unlike morphine, oxycodone, hydromorphone which are subject to more abuse and are thus Schedule IIs).

Dronabinol is synthetic, pharmaceutical-grade THC.
