Oh No It’s Bono praises Australia

p2pnet view Politics:- U2′s Oh No It’s Bono (right) has put his head together with fired Australian prime minister Kevin Rudd (left) to solve the world’s problems.

Rudd is now foreign minister and Bono is still a singer in an Irish band.

They discussed poverty and aid, says news.com.au.

“The rock star praised the government’s development agenda, bipartisan support to reduce poverty globally and spoke about the challenge of global development and Australia’s contribution”, the story has a spokesman stating, adding:

“On Bono’s agenda was an expansion of the Australian government’s aid program and meeting Millennium Development goals set by the UN to reduce global poverty.”

    “They discussed poverty and aid…”

    Yeah.
They chuckled about how glad they were not to be affected by poverty.
And how “aid” is needed for all the poor, starving musicians, since the pirates stole everything from them.

Naturally, this was discussed over a lunch that very few of us would ever dream of paying for.

    Gimme a break, Bozo.
This guy is constantly behaving as if he actually has something qualified and meaningful to offer the world. (Either that, or he’s got some grand illusion about running for the Prime Minister’s position or something.)

Since Rudd is a politician, the Australian taxpayer would have covered this lunch, so none of these two dickheads would have paid a cent.

The look like a couple of gay lovers in that photo.

@ Wozzzzaaaa, “The look like a couple of gay lovers in that photo.”, lol, giving the other a little playful slap on the backside.

does this muppet Bono, ever just shut the fuck up and stay out of world politics. he’s good a chin-wagging BS, but i dont see him EVER handing over a sum of money from his own millions… WHAT????????????… he just expects the tax-paying middle class citizens to help with giving over their money to stop poverty, while he keeps his fortune and just never fucks up!!!!!!!

I FUCKING HATE THAT MAN BONO!!!!!!!!!!!
