but it seems more like an informal stepping stone for nielsen to merge with or buy BigC, with the possibility of selling their services to so-called "authorized" p2p services in the future. apparently they feel that they shouldn't ignore p2p anymore and want to get in now so they can control advertizing prices later on.

just as cnet has bought tvtome - buying a popular website and indexing service without having to do any of the work, so it looks that way here.

is BigC going to sell out, do you think? it looks that way to me.</description>
