		<description>So what&#039;s new? This is the way it&#039;s always been. It&#039;s just that now we have access to &quot;uncontrolled&quot; or perhaps only &quot;less controlled&quot; information mediums and are now more aware of it.

Which is why governments are caving in to these cartels. They don&#039;t want us knowing what they&#039;re up to with our taxes, and if they can&#039;t control the media we might find out things they&#039;d rather we didn&#039;t know.</description>
