I believe that this technology will fizzle out or Yahweh will put it stop to it before it is developed. The probability of this technology being used for evil is absolutely frightening. I have a friend who developed a program that could carry on a conversation. Hel deleted the program for fear of how it would be used! Mankind is definitely not ready for this kind of power. Basically, this guy did it to him self, after he couldn't get the rights to test it out... and it worked at first, but his personality faded aways slowly, until he was just data of his memories...
