p2pnet - rss feed: Italian kiddie porn ring busted
p2pnet.net News:- An online pedophile network involving nearly 200 people including priests, a mayor and a traffic police official, has been broken up in Italy.
The investigation began about a year ago following accusations brought by an association for the protection of children, says Agency France Presse, going on:
“Police experts discovered an anonymous Internet server, accessible only with a password, where the 186 people under investigation downloaded pictures of sexual acts and violence involving girls from four to eight years old.”
Raids in which computer equipment was seized took place in 16 out of 20 Italian regions, adds AFP.

All who are found guilty of possesing kiddy porn for use should be stripped naked, placed outside so that EVERY part of their body can be VIEWED, TOUCHED, and PHOTOGRAPHED by anyone walking by. (Of course a guard should be posted nearby to prevent physical injury beyond that which was done to the children depicted in the porn) It should also be permitted for these pictures to be posted on the Internet as well.
These people should remain naked in public view for a two hour minimum. The time that the sentence is carried out should be published in the local paper where the conviction occured so that people will have the opportunity to gather for the spectacle. Doing this will ensure that the punishment fits the crime. It will ensure that the guilty party experiences the same thing as the victim in knowing that every part of their body is known and viewed throughout the world.
If this sentence cannot be enforced in a specific jurisdiction, then the judge should give the convicted an opportunity to choose this punishment or face the maximum sentencing under law. Actual rape should be punished by death. Punishment in this manner will serve as a deterrence and will save the taxpayers money normally wasted on imprisonment.

Of course “possession of kiddy porn” will be expanded to include possessing copies of Revenge of the Sith since evil fiends obviously obtain this item only to use as bait to lure little kids to their dens of evil.
And while we’re at it, why not include some more stuff.
Maybe we were better off with McCarthy; at least he took on Hollywood.

Doing what I suggested as far as public humiliation will subject the offender to the same thing he or she perpetrated on the victim. This public humiliation is better than putting the offender in prison for years of his or her life. It will also save taxpayers the expense of imprisonment.
It is not appropriate for someone who has downloaded a music or movie file because there was no such humiliation of the people depicted in the video. The P.S.A. has more people per capita in prison than just about any other nation including Russia and Red China.
The trouble with the system in the P.S.A. is that the punishment for crimes are many times too harsh for the crime. The U.S. Constitution was written to limit government to protecting the rights of all citizens.
The so called sexual offenders database is in itself unconstitutional when it is used to force people to register once they complete their sentence. It also serves as a free customer list for those who sell pornographic material. If someone rapes a child, they are too dangerous to live among us in the first place. They should be either locked away for life or better yet, put out of their misery (death inflicted). I believe once people are displayed naked in a public forum and are photographed and touched, paedophiles will be afraid that the same thing will happen to them.
Public humiliation is much cheaper than a prison cell and will allow the government to allocate resources to catching even more people who trade in kiddie porn. If someone repeats their crime once publically humiliated, then it is time for whippings, imprisonment, death, or whatever else is the current punishment.

I think they should go to the source of the problem.Get the people in the pictures that are abusing the kids to start.Lets not forget it’s the children that are paying for some sick asshole to get his rocks off. An to those people who post (kiddy pic or kiddy porn)what go’s around comes around.How would you like it if someone you loved had to indore that abuse that you your self has inflicked.May God have mercy on your soul!
