Schoolgirl strip-searched by principal
p2pnet view P2P | Freedom:- “The wheels of justice have flat tyres. But sometimes, they do turn, as they did for Savana Redding, who, when she was a 13-year-old honours student at the Safford Middle School in Arizona, was strip-searched.
“But it took six years for SCOTUS, the Supreme Court of the US, to rule the school was, in effect, guilty of serious misbehaviour.”
The above quotes from a 2009 p2pnet story centering on Savana Redding, strip-searched for presumed possession of Advil.
Now a Columbus City School District and Ridgeview Middle School principal Sharee Wells “strip-searched a 7th grade girl on suspicion of possession of “unauthorized medication” — ibuprofen — then suspended her for three days to make an example of her, “even though the girl never had any ibuprofen, her mother says”, according to a Court House News post.
The girl, and her mother, Kellie Hammac, sued the district, school and Wells, it says, going on Hammac said “a classmate tried to give her daughter, ‘C,’ an ibuprofen tablet on Feb. 24, 2010 – but her daughter refused to take it.”
Wells “admitted she forced [C] to take off her clothes in front of Wells, and she admitted that she never found any drugs on [C],” the complaint states, going on >>>
“The medication [C] was suspected of having was over-the-counter ibuprofen. [C] emphatically denied the accusation.
“Wells then forced [C] to undergo a physical pat down, which revealed absolutely no unauthorized medication or any medication whatsoever.
“The pat down consisted of Wells physically touching [C's] legs and shorts.
“Wells then ordered [C] to strip out of her gym clothes and provide Wells with both her gym clothes and school clothes.
“[C] complied, and in complying was required to strip down to only her bra, underwear and socks.”
C was forced to stand undressed for more than 8 minutes. She ‘was not permitted to seek assistance or guidance from any other adult who could advocate for [her]. At no time did Wells or anyone from Ridgeview ensure the gym locker room was secured to prevent others from coming into the locker room and observing [her] while in a state of undress.
” ‘In fact, a fellow student by the name of Hailey walked into the gym locker room and observed [C] while she was in a state of undress’.”
“Due to the humiliation, the mother says, her daughter ‘was required to leave Ridgeview and enroll in a different middle school” and “will continue to require psychological counseling’,” says Court House News, adding the girl and her mother “seek punitive damages for emotional distress, illegal search and seizure and negligence”.
(Cheers, RW)

WTF????!!!!!! Are you serious???!!! How do you take six years to find a verdict? What the hell were those idiots doing all that time?

Idiots. You’d think they’d be aware of the Supreme Court decision on the matter.

School “officials” that attempt to remove the clothes of students are PEDOs. Schools these days are filled with them. Do you expect them to come out and announce it? No, they wait for an opportunity to “strip search” a student for some arbitrary contrived reason, and then it’s time for some “fun”.
I wonder if this schoolgirl was ever victimized in the past? Abuse victims will ‘freeze up’ (it’s learned helplessness) when they are violated again. She was practically sexually molested by school officials and didn’t fight.
When I was a kid I would have dug out the eyes of a teacher or principal if they ever tried to lay a finger on me, and I think most other children were the same way. Back then if a teacher got physical/sexual with a student, the student’s father would come back after school and get physical with the teacher (it happened three times when I was in highschool, one of which ended up with the police and amberlamps showing up, and the teacher never returning.)
If you don’t teach your child self-defence, proper boundaries, and give them an emergency cell phone to dial 911, they are at risk of being sexually assaulted like the girl in the story.
BTW any school “official” that is strip-searching little kids is a pedorast and there’s no two ways about it. It’s the same as if you caught a priest doing it. Pedos are attracted to positions of power over children, and schools are a magnet for them. “Oh I thought she had drugs” is an obvious bullshyte excuse. Do people expect a pedo to say “oh I was strip-searching her because I wanted a thrill in my pants”? No, abusers always have excuses.
The pedo principal that did this should be dealt with in a most brutal extra-judicial manner if the system neglects it’s duty (and I see they aren’t charging this pedo with a crime.) Someone should really make sure this pedo is kept away from children by whatever means are necessary.

Not necessarily. Corrupt and irresponsible, but not necessarily a pedophile.
