What’s all this fuss I hear about pirates in downtown Los Angeles?

I’ve walked around downtown Los Angeles many times and I’ve never seen any pirates. I haven’t seen anyone with a peg leg or with a parrot sitting on their shoulder. Sure, I’ve seen men with one gold earring, but most of them live in West Hollywood, not on a Pirate ship! Besides, how does the pirate ship get near downtown anyhow? It’s not near the water! You think the Coast Guard would notice or the CHP would notice a pirate ship on the 110. You don’t even see pretend pirates from the studios doing errands at lunch time because they don’t even make pirate movies any more.

So they are going to put up cameras to catch the pirates who aren’t there? This sounds just so silly and dumb. It’s almost like……

Oooooh, wait, maybe that’s it! The cameras are there to make a new pirate movie, only it’s a secret, so people won’t act all goofy and silly like they do when a TV news crew is around. Okay, I’ll be quiet now.

Of course it’s a felony. Everything’s a felony. Anything people do to effectively stand up for their rights is a felony. If the govenrment wants to put someone in prison over this, then they have to feed that person and provide for their medical needs. This will cost the governments even more money. Either way, governemtns lose!!!

Better make sure it’s the MPAA’s cameras and not the LAPD’s cameras. Either way, I’m sure it’s a felony.

If you have to spend you money on slave made goods, then use the money to help liberate people. Cameras like these deserve to record nothing but red light from a laser pointer.

Failing that, a nice BB in the lense of the camera may also do the trick.
What about ink from a syringe? If enough cameras get disabled, then maybe the gestapo will quit using them.

Hasn’t it crossed their mind that maybe people sell knockoff DVD’s INSIDE? Even if there were no spycameras, nobody’s stupid enough to sell their warez outside with cops everywhere. Anyway, why the hell are they using this new technology for THIS (of all things) instead of catching the real criminals? I laugh everytime I hear the MPAA or RIAA’s new scheme, because they end up pissing away even more money then they earn from people who are scared or guilt-tripped into buying their stuff.
