		<description>I find it frustrating that the currently rich-and-famous of the recording industry are claiming they want to change trade rules to be &quot;more fair&quot; given the trade rules relating to trade in cultural goods are some of the least fair trade rules that exist.  I find it frustrating that they claim to worry about the debt burden of poor countries while simultaneously lobbying internationally in support of laws that will cause massive amounts of royalty fees to be sent from poor countries to the richest countries.
