Can anyone tell me what a rouge state is?

I know what a rogue state is. a state that is loose from confines of the law or the country it was in before

is it a red state (I can see this as a republican that consider democratic states as hostile)

it it one with red dirt?
is it one that only allows red buildings
is it a state that allows COMMIE’s (get them red commie’s)?

The RIAA should do a ‘backflip’ on their possition to P2P…
There is a lot of music on my shelves that I would never had baught, had I not downloaded them ahead of time. And thats how it is for a lot of people… maybe they heard a song clip on TV or radio, and did a p2p search for the song, downloaded it, as well as a few other songs by the same artist… decided they liked it, and baught the CD! thats what I did! =P

Oh and we all know that the 911 tragety was completely set up by our own government…
