There are no 1st, 3rd, 5th, or any other amendments to the constitution here. Hell, it was only re-patriated from Britain in 1982 and the last time they tried to change something the country near fell apart. It's too bad that Canada is run by people with complete ignorance of the people's will, nor do they have any apparent urge to respond to that same will.
