Honestly as long as you use reasonably close English, what does it matter if a misspelled word is there or not? Did it prevent you from understanding what the intent of the message was? I mean, you didn’t have to cypher it out or anything. Mostly when folks go for spelling as a method of shooting holes in words it is because of laziness and not because of having a good train of thought to back up an objection.

The article was clear in its meaning. Whether you spell color or colour has nothing to do with getting the meaning across. Good thought was put into the article that was written and exposed to this site for your convenience so you didn’t have to search the net to find it. For that we should all be grateful as we are not exposed to every spyware, hidden toolbar, and the like at each site you show up at.

For those that would complain of the spelling, there is evidently a larger world out there for you to seek and find out about. To be so closed minded as to figure that there is only one way to spell a word means that your horizon is rather small.

Just to clarify:

Point: they don’t need to get clearance to seize, they just need a lead.

In the Canadian Dictionaries (MS Word, others) They use chiefly British Spellings for things like Decentralise. However, in the real world, NOBODY uses the “S” vice the “Z” (but we do say Zed, not Zee).

Variety is the spice of life. We are all children of different colours. And yes, I did spell “colour” correctly.
