The words are Bob Dylan’s from Ballad of a Thin man, but something is indeed happening, and it’s happening all around the world as ordinary people everywhere make their displeasure with the status quo known via the Occupy Wall Street movement started by Canada’s Adbusters and carried forward by Anonymous.
