USC system hacked
p2pnet.net News:- A hacker succeeded in using the the University of Southern California’s web page to exploit the system and now authorities must contacting about 270,000 people to warn them their files may have been read.
He got in through a security hole he discovered, while trying to use the USC Web site on June 20,” the Associated Press has USC information security officer Robert M. Wood saying.
But the hacker then reported the flaw to SecurityFocus, which in turn informed USC.
The FBI has been notified but Wood doubted that a criminal case would result.

Sven Jaschan? he who got off virtually scott-free after admitting he created the sasser worm? maybe he was doing an experiment for microsuck or google.
and the FBI is doing nothing about it? so why send out notices at all? obviously the fbi doesn’t think anything happened.
this smells very fishy.
