You belong to us. If you signed away away your liberty, too bad. The courts are on our side, you fool. It is shamefull that the law-court combo is so pro business that it is allowed that employees be classified as contractors and as such they can sign away their liberty. The non-competitive contract was between Dr. Lee and Microsoft, NOT between Microsoft and the rest of the business world!!! If Microsoft should be suing anyone, it should be the one who breached the contract - Dr Lee. If Microsoft wins this, then there REALLY is corruption in the US legal system, and there is NO HOPE for the US population.
