Google launches Moon search
p2pnet.net News:- You have to give it to the promo guys at Google: they come up with some great ideas.
With Google Maps and Google Earth already cooking, now online is Google Moon.
Very cool.
"In honor of the first manned Moon landing, which took place on July 20, 1969, we’ve added some NASA imagery to the Google Maps interface to help you pay your own visit to our celestial neighbor," says the site, going on:
"Google will fully integrate Google Local search capabilities into Google Moon, which will allow our users to quickly find lunar business addresses, numbers and hours of operation, among other valuable forms of Moon-oriented local information."
Wonder if any Google pigeons are involved in this?
Something you think we should know? tips[at]p2pnet.net

An now you can shop for lunar real estate without leaving the comfort of your armchair. How about a place where you get a nice sunrise over the crater rim?

yeah can’t wait to buy some property and start building. I could sell it, rent it, make it a porno shop, run a foreign domain, or maybe rent it to some aliens.

Maybe the MPAA and the RIAA will find more customers to sue in the universe now once we start living on the moon and the other planets!.
