So let me see if i understand this right. He recorded 2 movies on a camcorder and tried to sell them. like anyone with a brain would have paid! But now he’s gonna do 17 years.

Obviously if you get caught in a cinema with a camcorder, try to kill the ushers and claim you wanted to record the incident for your friends. You’ll probly get less time in jail.

Wonder how many murderers/rapists are gonna get out early to make room in prison for camcorder pirates? After all, the prison system in the US is already having trouble finding room for real criminals isn’t it?

Jeez, guys.

Do you have any idea how much it cost me to have someone write an algorithm that creates deliberate mistakes in p2pnet copy so people can get me on them?

Then another bot goes around 48 hours later and fixes them so when the rest of the world catches up, there are no mistakes ; P
