This company is DANGEROUS!!! I have worked with a company that provided tech support for SBC ("tech support" is lousy). What tech support that was provided is now done in the Phillipeans. Also, pay very close attention to the fine print in any contract you sign with SBC as a party. You may otherwise find that you have been signed up for "services" which you have no use for and find hard to get cancelled. There are many, many horror stories about people being swindled by this company. Don't believe me, just do a goole search for the terms SBC fraudulant billing.
