Dell in copyright case
p2pnet.net News:- Internet Media says it`s filed patent infringement suits against Dell, Office Depot, J.C. Penney, Williams-Sonoma and J.Crew for allegedly infringing an Internet Media patent.
The charges related to the use of codes to facilitate access to the Internet.
The suit was filed in the US District Court, Delaware.
