Free Opera registrations

p2pnet.net News:- Have you ever wondered what Opera has that other browsers don`t but you didn`t like the ads that go with the free version?

Now`s your chance to find out.

It`s Opera`s 10th birthday and for one day, it`s giving away free codes, the single qualification being you`re supposed to register with your email addie. I did fair is fair but .

P2Pconsortium admin Road Block told me about the promo. I`d been using Opera for years, switching to Firefox a couple of months back.

But Road Block had remained loyal.

I prefer Opera to Firefox, and prefer either to IE, he says. Much safer, faster, etc. Opera has a bult in email client, rss feed, irc client, and recently began supporting Bit Torrent though the browser it’sself. Of course, I am an admitted Opera fanboy :D

Go here for an ad-free version of Opera. The freebie is available until August, 31 (PDT).

In other news Opera’s share of the browser market jumps 5% in one day :P

  2. Reader's Write Says:

can “ownership” be transferred to another person? can the same registration be used on a different pc, or is it drm-infested?

  3. Reader's Write Says:

    Hey it works.
Just go to the link and put in an email and you get a code
    instantly.
Cool. Opera is my favorite and I’ve been using it forever.

  4. Reader's Write Says:

i registered using a keygen years ago and use opera as my second browser as it works great and is really secure – the website is just a serial generator – no drm or anything justa a genuine serial – dont be a twat and use your real email like these assholes who use genuine details to register p2p programs!
