Its like comparing apples to oranges. A link dump site will obviously have a lot more traffic than a p2p discussion forum. Even a large p2p forum like http://www.p2pforums.com or http://www.p2pconsortium.com won't get the traffic of a tracker site. My personal opinion is that sloncek thought he could make some money, it didn't work out, so now hes back to try and rebuild what he gave up. He may get some newer peeps that don't know the history, but his former community has found greener pastures and are doin' quite well on their own.
