PeerGuardian blocklists

p2p news / p2pnet:- Now the water is under the bridge vis-a-vis the PeerGuardian ‘takeover,’ are blocklist updates reliable once again?

“Blocklist updates will be returned to full operation shortly,” Joseph Farthing tells p2pnet.

“If they work from blocklist.org, then they’re likely to be safe.”

He says he and the Phoenix Lab team, as Methlabs will be known from now on, are working to bring everything back as soon as possible.

For now, the domains have been transferred back to Tim Leonard who says although he’s waiting to hear back from the registrar on other enquiries, “It appears everything is heading back to normal thanks to Cerb’s decision give us our domains back.”

Stay tuned.
