Nero 7 for Blu-ray

p2p news / p2pnet:- Nero has released its multi-media Nero 7 integrated digital media and home entertainment software application able to burn data to BD-RE and BD-R (Blu-ray) media which, as the company points out, “enables you to store enormous amounts of data (25-50 GB) onto a single disc,” with all that implies.

With it, you can make drag-and-drop back-ups directly from Windows Explorer.

The package includes Nero Home; Nero Scout; Nero StartSmart 3; Nero Burning ROM 7; Nero Express 7; Nero Wave Editor 3; Nero SoundTrax 2; Nero Vision 4; Nero Recode 2; Nero ShowTime 2; Nero MediaHome; Nero PhotoSnap; Nero Photo; Show Express; Nero Cover Designer 2; Nero ToolKit; Nero BackItUp 2; Nero InCD 5; Nero SoundBox; and, Nero ImageDrive

    Good god. Do you have to install all that crap? I mean, out of all that stuff, only 1 piece is useful!

    Nero seems to be getting bloated. N6 was a major letdown after the raw power of 5, and it appears 7 is made for the idiot user.

    I guess it’s time to look for an alternative solution.

    Its clear that Blu-ray is the better format, and its pretty clear it will win this time!
