Low resource usage?
I’m currently running two torrents in ÂµTorrent and it’s using 1-2% cpu in 4MB of memory. I doubt *any* other BT client can match that!

It’s a tiny download and (doesn’t need to be installed so) will run from your download directory.

I’m sure Bram will be as damned impressed by ÂµTorrent as the rest of us, if he ever gets the time to take a look — in fact, I’d bet he’ll kick himself for not doing it himself…

I recently did a format and reinstall of Windows, and was about to reinstall Azureus (which I’ve been using for a year now) when I came across the original p2pnet article. It’s my default client now too, thanks p2pnet! It’s only going to get better from the sounds of it too, so I’m definitely more than happy.

This thing rocks. It has almost all of the features of BitComet packed into just 91kB!!! My default BT client at the moment

I’ll have to try this out at some point. I’m currently using bitcomet, which is also low resource usage. It will be interesting how the two compare.

one question i need answered is…

what is the translation of the “Âµ” in ÂµTorrent?

PS: i don’t believe Bram will be talking to any outside BT devlopers because he’s now in bed with the cartels, getting ready to sell them the BitTorrent company.
