Barney’s very cool. He may be part of the cartel some have mentioned here, but he does help educate kids of varying ages. As long as parents don’t leave their kids to stare at the tv screen all day – it’s a good production. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to defame the poor sod like this? But that’s me, relatively sane as i am. This sketch and anything like this is macabre and irresponsible. Kids doing a search for Barney come up with this tripe from some overgrown, perhaps unloved, kid who obviously harbours some violent traits (perhaps due to those mindless cartoons of the 80s or earlier from the same cartel). So we come full circle. Only some are waving the flag trying to be heroes but they aren’t all that clever nor blameless after all.
