I make my own ringtones and send it to my phone via bluetooth or thier docking station. he has to email it to verizon and then they send it to him. Or if I take video or pictures with my phone I can easily send it to any computer via them methods above while he has to email it to a adress and also pay the charges for sending MMS messages. Verizon is nice and I like thier broadband but they and sprint need to be like the rest of the world and... 1. use sim chips cause that just makes life so much easier and gives me more choices for phones. 2. Unlock thier phones I would probley use them since I don't like cingular but thier phones are locked and every thing you want to do you have to pay for. Yes, that is so obvious that I hate to point it out, but any decision maker from Sprint reading this should consider that the price of the song is quite outrageous considering that the customers are back in control.
