Mistaken identity. There are ppl out there who look incredibly like their grandparents did at their age. It’d be easy to get confused as to who the person is in such cases. Not to mention cousins, siblings and actual twins. Once a colour photo is scanned, how old is it? Who knows? File creation dates are meaningless, just email a photo to yourself, save the attachment and see what happens to the dates.

Differences in age restrictions from country to country. In oz you can legally drink at 18, i can easily see someone from here going to the US, asking for a drink in a bar and getting in trouble because the US drinking age is 21. Similar differences would probly apply to age limits on modelling etc.

Also my workplace is located literally next door to china town, i’ve seen women from asia with little or no protein available to them as they were growing up who look like their 16 until they turn around and you see the wrinkles. If they’re with their daughter who’s been raised in Oz, she’s typically twice mum’s height and much curvier. A risque photo of mum would probly get you into serious trouble unless you could see wrinkles in the picture.

So all up, nice idea, don’t see how they’re gonna avoid the pitfalls.
