Japanese girl ‘Teacup Poisoner’
p2p news / p2pnet: A Japanese schoolgirl blogger, apparently inspired by an infamous British killer dubbed the Teacup Poisoner, ” is alleged to have laced her mother’s food with increasing doses of thallium, a potent rat poison,” says the Times Online.
“Her mother is now critically ill and in a coma.”
In 1962 Graham Young, then 14, slowly killed his stepmother with what was thought to be the same lethal substance, says the Times, going on:
“Asked by the compilers of her school yearbook to identify the historical figure she admired the most, she named Young.
“In further emulation of her deranged hero, who poisoned numerous family members and work colleagues and died in Parkhurst after nine years in Broadmoor, the Japanese girl recorded her mother’s horrific daily sufferings in a matter-of-fact internet diary.”
The girl’s blog has been removed from the internet but extracts apparently copied from it survive on other Japanese websites, says the story, adding:
“Both the girl and Young tested poisons on living things. Young treated his co-workers as human guinea-pigs, while the Shizuoka girl is believed to have relied on animals. A severed cat’s head is understood to have been discovered in her room along with a stash of thallium. ‘Up until now I have killed various creatures,’ her blog reports, before describing the mother’s poisoning. ‘It was fun to play with them, but all the same rather tiring. It took rather a long time to dispose of the lumps of dead flesh’.”

They are also a direct consequence of the pin-headed, narrow-minded and Fascist policies of French Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy.

Police harassment of and disrespect for immigrant communities has seen 40 cities go up in mass rioting by second and third generation immigrants, an explosion caused by poor living conditions, high unemployment, economic difficulty and worse still, an absence of hope for the future.Paris riots
The plight of France’s immigrant community is the plight of millions of other people living in Europe, labelled because they hold a passport which states they were born in the right or wrong place.
A student born in Ceuta, Morocco, can go to attend a conference in Canada without a visa. A student born 100 metres outside Ceuta, in Morocco, cannot – he needs to apply for a visa from the nearest Canadian Embassy. If he lives in Portugal, this is in Paris. He will have to send his passport and 50 Euros and will have to wait for the visa to be sent by mail. If he receives notice of the conference too near to the date, he cannot go. Why? Because he was born the wrong side of a line, curiously enough drawn by Europeans on territory which is not European.
Europeans thought nothing of going to Africa, colonising it, murdering millions, torturing, dividing families by selling people off into slavery, never to be seen again by their children, pilfering the resources and then leaving nations wholly divided and unprepared for self-government.
Europeans thought nothing of placing their henchmen in power and by buying their confidence, fostering corruption which ensured the channels of production remained one-way – into Europe. Europeans then thought nothing of inviting immigrants in to do the menial jobs. What was not done, as it never had been before, was to enact sensible policies of integration.
Going into immigrant estates and calling people “scum”, which is what certain members of Sarkozy’s French police have been doing, is not a sensible policy of integration. It is an abrasive act of intolerance which is bound to constitute the action which sparks a reaction.
While European societies fail to integrate the second and third generation people of immigrant origin (and it is important to say that these people are not immigrants, but children of immigrants), the tinder will be there for fires to burn.
A sensible integration policy would require a special attention from the education system to ensure that the children of immigrants get the same start in life as their peers from non-immigrant families. Given equal opportunities, people evolve equally.
Yet there remains a strong current of opinion in Europe and in the European governing circles, which is xenophobic. Immigrants are seen as a nuisance and not a necessary asset for the future of Europe’s economies. While this notion persists, restrictive policies will continue to be practised and these backfire automatically, as we see in France today.
The rioting, however understandable it is, is also an unacceptable way to react. It fuels the fires of mindless morons such as Le Pen and does nothing to create bridges, much needed in European society today.

p2pnet’s focus is on digital media and file sharing, but the ultimate goal has always been to help launch a non-profit, collaborative and censor-free international news service through which on- and offline community print and electronic media outlets can access and exchange news which hasn’t been spun, filtered and pre-digested by vested corporate interests.
Because that’s what p2p is really all about – sharing information and data – and it’ll become increasingly important to the way world societies and cultures interact and function with each other.

I really don’t care what site you go to, there is always going to be something that someone is going to complain about. Stories not on what they think is the theme of the site, facts not right, attitudes not right, you name it.
The thing is that predominately the main theme of the site is upheld. Like another poster said, if you don’t like it, don’t read it. If the topic doesn’t sound interesting I don’t read it, nor do I complain because it didn’t drag in my attention right away. No matter how Jon runs his site there is always going to be someone that thinks it should be another way.
There are always a lot of solutions to this problem. You can do like I do and choose what you read or don’t read. You can disagree entirely and make your own site to your own liking and deal with the bitching there when those readers don’t agree with what you think newsworthy. As long as Jon pays the upkeep for his site, he is entitled to put whatever he thinks interesting or newsworthy on the pages. When you pay totally for the site then maybe you got some stance in what is displayed. Till then, allow Jon to do what he thinks best. This is his pet love and I for one respect that.
I can always go somewhere else and find the info sources. I can go other places and find it earlier. However what I don’t find at the other places I find here and that is an relatively uncensored and free hand to express your thoughts without worrying about if the admin thinks that censorship is the order of the day for every post. Jon is very balanced on the whole. Even the trolls get their say.
I wind this up with one thought I would like to express. Keep up the good work Jon, there are others out here that like what you do and the way you do it. It isn’t just your pet love anymore as you have been willing to share it with others and it has become others’ pet also.

at least if something like this is posted people sit up and start to take notice , i think this is a regular tactic employed by Jon to get people to discuss issues, maybe if this site was upgraded to a proper forum type site then it would allow more freedom to discuss the issues, at the moment it is extremely limited maybe even expandits limited horizons and get more people involved in different articles to discuss??

p2pnet is going to be ‘upgraded’ in the very near future, but although the comments part has been ‘remodelled’ to make it a lot easier to follow threads, it’ll remain Reader’s Writes (or maybe just comments ; )
I think it’s important that people should be able to post without having to register. They have all kinds of reasons for not doing so, but they still want to be able to express their opinions. For instance, one guy (or is it a girl? heh) who posts every now and then works for a significant component of the entertainment industry, shall we say. And there are others.
