		<description>While &quot;we&quot; were fortunate enough to build it, we can also take part in sharing it with all people of the world.  That doesn&#039;t mean we hold sole responsibility for paying for it.  I am disturbed about the Internet governance issue (being of the &quot;if it ain&#039;t broke, don&#039;t fix it&quot; point of view,) but there are larger issues at this summit.  Internet governance doesn&#039;t have to be resolved today, but the needs of people in less fortunate parts of the world can&#039;t wait.  It would be good if the great minds that invented the Internet could now focus on solutions that will make it accessible to the poorest countries. This is ultimately of benefit to everyone on this planet.</description>

Guess what ?  It&#039;s enough that we share access to this thing WE built, the Internet.  Let others come up with the price of a computer and a phone line in Africa, etc.
