		<description>I suspect that in 99% of the cases, you are right that the parents won&#039;t know that there is one or won&#039;t care.

But this is just one more way to put blame on the parents for their children going and shooting up schools.... Imagine parents having to *gasp* be parents and monitor their kid&#039;s activities</description>
