Sony PSP – with text?

p2p news / p2pnet: Sony is thinking about adding text suport to its PlayStation Portable (PSP) via an RSS feed, says the IDG News Service.

The company has already released the latest firmware update which includes an RSS reader, "but the software only works with audio content such as podcasts," says the story.

"Adding text support would allow users to follow updates to blogs or receive the growing number of RSS feeds from commercial organizations, such as news and auction sites."

Sony will, "consider adding compatibility for RSS text feeds should users request it," IDG has a spokeswoman saying.
