But take a second look: somehow, the idea that a person can be jailed for looking at a picture is pretty scary to me. Isn't that what downloaders of movies are doing? Once you make looking at something or knowing something a crime, it's pretty hard to limit the extent of enforcement. If an mp3 downloader had been gulled by the same worm, would we be gloating over the outcome? The trade orgs certainly would.
