Why do they not sue the Governments of the world for allowing the Internet to exist. What about the American 1st amendment?

It's amusing in many ways, including the detail that they chose to sue in New York, which has a large Jewish population, as well as the timing of the lawsuit on Christmas.

At one time Jews for Jesus was ahead of the curve on web development as evidenced by being highlighted as one of the best websites around. But it didn't take long for web development to outstrip their competencies and knowledge. Blogger has been around for years and yet Jews for Jesus couldn't see this coming? They've just gotten old and lame.
The blog they want to control has been around since January and only had three posts, the last of which had been May. It would have stayed in oblivion if Jews for Jesus had just done what that blogger suggested: set something up on their own website. Who would have known about the blogspot site? Who would have cared?

But now what hath Jews for Jesus wrought? Have you seen the activity? What about these newer posts? Seems like there is now some serious negative publicity. Who knows where this is going to lead? But either way, it sure oughta be interesting.

"jewsforjesus" in this case is a subdomain. Y'know, the part before the main "domainname.com".

I don't think a suit over a subdomain should be allowed. A domain name implies some sort of business or organization, usually, but a subdomain is just something that the server administrator sets up for his own purposes. In this case it seems to be the name of a user account. Do we all have to avoid trademarked words as logons now? I hope not.
