p2pnet is back online

p2p news / p2pnet: OK folks, p2pnet is back in action and firing on all cylinders again.

Sorry for the delays, but we’re now on the new servers, thanks to the new p2pnet support team – and it is a team.

There may be a minor glitch or two, but the worst is over.

Boy! What a relief. Heh.

I’ll be telling you about the new p2pnet over the next few days but for now, thanks for hanging in and I’ll re-post the stories which vanished while we did the final switch.

So Cheers! And all the best …

    Yup – it’s still a little sticky, but …

    Cheers!

It is remarkable how certain things in our lives become so integral with our psyches that we just can’t imagine existence without them. Jon Newton’s p2pnet.net is one such port in the storm, security blanket, and teddy bear. I depend upon this site to keep me abreast of the things that matter most to me, and with Jon and his dedicated cohorts-in-crime piloting this ship of state, I actually feel safe. Yeah, strange; but SAFE is the word that came to mind.

As long as p2pnet.net pops up on my monitor when I click the link, I feel as though there is still a vestige of freedom on this old planet.

My heartfelt commendations to everyone at p2pnet.net. I feel like someone should write a marching song to use as an anthem – well, maybe not a marching song, that is, not MARTIAL in nature, but maybe a rousing ballad like one of those … I’d like to teach the world to sing …

    AVE BLOGGERIM, MORITURBUS SALUTATUM

(or something like that … )

    Thanks : )

    Cheers!
