		<description>I hope he sues their arses. A high profile, &quot;anti-drm&quot; legal proceeding is exactly what&#039;s needed to get drm in the public arena and in the public&#039;s mindset as a &quot;potentially bad thing&quot;. Hopefully this will be the year that drm dies.</description>
