		<description>If Cisco plan to penetrate the home market they&#039;d better improve their devices user-interfaces, we&#039;ve just upgraded to Cisco VOIP phones in our office and you need to navigate through no fewer than SEVEN options just to access the staff-directory!

Unbelievably it&#039;s easier to change a ring-tone than to look-up a colleagues number and there&#039;s not even a way to configure &#039;directories&#039; as a short cut. 

Maybe Cisco needs to take a few notes from Nokia..?
