I am South-American, but I live in the US. The US is a great place; the one thing I don’t like about the US though is the economic model they have and love so much where just the bottom line matters, whereas in Europe (Social Capitalism) both people and bottom line matter. Enough of ECO 101 though.

The second poster probably thought I was calling for an attack on an entire nation where democracy doesn’t exist, but I was just saying only those authorities that are a real obstacle towards democracy should be eliminated by these night vision google wearing buddies.

I hate people from other countries do not have the freedoms I enjoy, that’s all. The end justifies the means, at least in these cases.

I don’t know about the OP feelings on the issue, but I find America to be a very nice shithole. It may suck at times, but it certainly is a lot better than many of the other available choices in the world.

Also, a great way to keep people away is to insult them…… whatever happened to civilized conversations with reasons as to why you actually feel that way.

For example: Why do you feel America is a (as you say) “shithole”?

I say we start kicking the butts of authorities of countries were people live under oppression. Make it look like an accident. Send some special ops, or something. You know, one or two of those guys that wear night vision googles. Whatever it takes to bring those countries to democracy.
