The BBC wants YOU

p2p news / p2pnet: Following the BBC’s Big Music Q&A file sharing fiasco, it’s now setting up for another disaster. So here’s your chance to make sure the right questions get asked hundreds of them.

The BBC’s new virtual panel of experts includes another totally unbalanced crew, namely:

  • The MPAA’s (Motion Picture Association of America) Dan ‘Jedi’ Glickman
  • Lavinia Carey, director general of the British Video Association (BVA)
  • Curt Marvis, chief executive of CinemaNow, billed as the “leading legal movie download service”
  • John Fithian, president of the National Association of Theatre Owners, which represents US cinemas.

“We will post a range of questions here and pick the eight most common and important ones to be answered by the panel,” says the Beeb, adding:

“A similar panel recently answered questions about digital music …”

And what a total cock-up that was.

“… and a broadcasting panel will be assembled in the coming weeks.

So —->

GO FOR IT !

(Thanks, Phil)

And stay tuned, of course ; )

    I would like to ask the panel, do they think it would be a much healthier environment for musicians and fans alike if we gassed the lot of you?

    Have a look for it.
