		<description><![CDATA[hmmm, there are cell phones with fair size hard drives or a fairsize hard drive can be installed, of course if you or I were to go out and buy one of these harddrives they would cost more than $100. and they said it would have a tv out for viewing. 
BTW: most (all now days?) cell phones are computers, with a specific purpose.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This might surprise you, but it most developing nation&#039;s, cell phone systems are much more extensive and wide ranging than land line systems - are much less expensive to build and maintain - and require much less cluttering of the environment.  Just look around and see how much physical wire is demanded by a wired system.  If we hadn&#039;t already been building wired systems for most of this century in the devloped world, we certainly wouldn&#039;t be starting out that way now.  ]]></description>
