But how, the hell, autorities are going to distiguish between ISO file of WindowsXP and copyrighted material I'm exchanging with my office while working from home? Both are going thru the same IP. But even so, such action will have only one effect: applications will start jumping from server to server, completely losing IP identity. Pointless. The whole P2P was decentralized long ago.
