For $10 or less, you could:
A) find it on e-bay for that amount (or most certainly less)
B) buy it new, and rip it yourself
C) buy a nice hammer and hit yourself with it for buying a video ipod in the first place

Renting DRMedMovies that are full screen for $2 seems like a bargin

The $10 offering from ITunes is still DRMed has a crappy resolution and you cant Burn it to a DVD .
