The judge should ask the plaitifs to provide undeniable proof of wrongdoing or throw their arses out the courtroom with damages awarded the defendant to boot. I recommend people join the forum at http://www.savethemusicfan.com/ as I believe it is very important to support labels and musicians which are coming out against the lawsuits/etc. I included a link to this article in a letter to my MP.
