$350 Confessions

p2p news / p2pnet: US pop fans will soon be able to fork out $350 and more to see a 47-year-old performer, now recovered from a rupture suffered during a recent show in Germany, prance around on stage.

Madonna says she’ll be, “dancing and singing” across the world this spring and summer" in her Confessions Tour slated for North America, Europe and Japan beginning in Los Angeles on May 21.

Theoretically, you can blow the money at Madonna’s web site. However, at 6:07 am Pacific, "Service Temporarily Unavailable," said the page, http://www.confessionstour.com/. "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

We tried a little later, found the site partially open and learned US tickets are going for $95.00 to $350.00. Canadian and Japanese prices weren’t available,

If you’re British, it’ll cost you £160 (about $280) to see Madonna do her thing from a good seat, says the Times Online. Cheap spots will cost around 80 quid (about $140).

Meanwhile, not only but also, "All tickets are subject to a booking fee,” her promoters also reminded fans, says the Times Online.

  1. Reader's Write Says:

after boasting about loading heaps of spoof files onto p2p networks she can stick her $350 fair and square up her clacker – not to mention the fact that the music sucks!

  2. Reader's Write Says:

…but for absolutely free you can download mp3s of Madonna exhorting “What the fuck do you think you’re doing!?!?” as there are still gobs of spoof files littering the p2p domain.

Is it possible to litter in cyberspace? Is there a fine for doing so?
