		<description>Since most PC major manufacturers (like Dell, HP, Gateway, Lenovo...) only offer home users hardware if they also agree to purchase Microsoft Windows, doesn&#039;t this constitue monopolization?  Its effectively shutting down competition by forcing you to buy a product you don&#039;t want.  I understand the piracy concerns, but when viable alternatives like Linux exist, manufacturers have no right to make the decision for us. </description>
