		<description>Since most PC major manufacturers (like Dell, HP, Gateway, Lenovo...) only offer home users hardware if they also agree to purchase Microsoft Windows, doesn't this constitue monopolization?  Its effectively shutting down competition by forcing you to buy a product you don't want.  I understand the piracy concerns, but when viable alternatives like Linux exist, manufacturers have no right to make the decision for us. </description>
