Highly critical Firefox bugs

p2p news / p2pnet: Secunia lists 21 fixes in the just-released Firefox 1.5.0.2 as ‘highly critical and, "We strongly recommend that all users upgrade to this latest release," says Mozilla.

Firefox 1.5.0.2 has stability-and-security fixes, and includes support for Intel Macs.

The flaws could allow security bypassing, cross site scripting, spoofing, exposure of sensitive information, a DoS attack and system access, states Secunia.

Mozilla points out the Burning Edge has detailed lists of notable bug fixes.

Meanwhile, the update comes in 37 languages including German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese and Korean.
